The Daughters of Jerusalem and Sisters of Mercy is a charitable arm of the Organization whose mission is to "aid suffering humanity." Established by Prophet William S. Crowdy on June 26, 1898, the Auxilliary was commissioned to help spread the gospel and to minister to the sick and give aid to the widows and orphans.
